These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the services offered by Aude-Tantra, a tantric massage studio located in Ghent.

Any appointment booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

1. Nature of the Services

The services offered by Aude-Tantra are tantric wellness massages intended for relaxation, stress relief, and personal development.

They do not constitute under any circumstances:

• medical or paramedical acts,

• sexual, prostitution-related, or similar services.

Any inappropriate, ambiguous, or disrespectful behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, with no possibility of a refund.

2. Conditions of Access

The services are reserved for:

• adults (18 years or older),

• individuals legally capable of consenting to a wellness service,

• persons who respect the framework, boundaries, and ethics of tantric massage.

Aude-Tantra reserves the right to refuse or interrupt a session without detailed justification, in accordance with the law.

3. Appointment Booking

Appointments may be made by phone, email, or any other available means.

The client agrees to provide accurate information and to honor the scheduled appointment.

4. Cancellation and Lateness

Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the session may be charged.
If the client arrives late, the duration of the session may be reduced without any price adjustment.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are communicated prior to the session.

Payment is made according to the agreed terms (cash or other accepted methods).

No refund will be issued once the session has begun.

6. Session Process

Each session begins with a discussion to establish the framework, intentions, and boundaries.

The client remains free at all times to:

• interrupt the session,

• express discomfort.

Respect, confidentiality, and mutual consent are central to the practice.

The practitioner may interrupt the session at any time in the event of a breach of the established rules. For clarity, tantric massage is not a sexual act under any circumstances.

7. Hygiene and Respect

Hygiene is an essential element of our practice. Clients will be invited to take a shower before and after the tantric service.

8. Liability

Aude-Tantra cannot be held responsible for:

• physical or emotional effects felt after the session,

• misinterpretation of the practices offered,

• concealment of important information by the client (contraindications, health conditions).

The client remains responsible for their physical and emotional condition.

9. Confidentiality

All information exchanged during sessions is strictly confidential.

No personal information will be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.

10. Personal Data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Aude-Tantra.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
